WuXing Wardrobe provides a daily email newsletter and web-based calculator offering personalized outfit color suggestions inspired by traditional Chinese Five Elements (五行) theory. The Service is designed for entertainment, lifestyle inspiration, and personal reflection purposes only.

The Service operates as follows:

• Users provide their BaZi day pillar (日柱) at sign-up
• Our system calculates the daily Ganzhi (干支) using a fixed algorithmic model
• A personalized email is delivered once daily at approximately 7 AM in the user's local timezone
• Content includes color suggestions, elemental analysis, and general lifestyle guidance

WuXing Wardrobe is inspired by traditional Chinese Five Elements theory and presented as a modern lifestyle tool. We make no claims regarding the scientific validity of Five Elements theory. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and apply the content they receive.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

Paid Subscription

After the free trial, the Service is available for $3.99 per month (monthly billing) or $29 per year (annual billing). Billing is managed through Beehiiv's payment infrastructure.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.

Free Tier

A free web-based calculator is available without registration. This feature is provided as-is with no service level guarantee.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when subscribing (name, email, day pillar)
• Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service's content or algorithms
• Not use the Service to harm, defraud, or mislead others

6. Intellectual Property

The underlying Five Elements theory (五行) is part of the traditional public domain of Chinese cultural heritage. Our specific implementation, scoring system, and content are proprietary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim

8. Service Availability

We aim to deliver emails daily at approximately 7 AM local time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery may be affected by technical issues, email provider limitations, or factors outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
